Divo Yacht's Imperia office is the operational headquarters of our yacht brokerage, charter and management business on the Italian Riviera. Located at Via Sant'Antonio 2 in the historic district of Porto Maurizio, it sits within walking distance of the deep-water basin of Porto di Imperia and has served as our home base since the company was founded.
Why we are headquartered in Imperia
Imperia is strategically positioned at the midpoint of the Ligurian Riviera. It is approximately 40 nautical miles east of Monaco, 15 miles from Sanremo, and roughly 80 miles from Genoa - close enough to every major Italian Riviera port to put our team on board any yacht within a single day. The port is deep, sheltered, and commercially equipped: essential for handling the 24-90 metre yachts that form the bulk of our brokerage and management book.
Unlike the more saturated circuits of Monaco or Cannes, Imperia still operates as a working Ligurian port - shipyards, bunker barges, provisioners and sailmakers all within the two marina basins. For owners and captains, that translates into faster turnarounds, lower berthing costs, and genuine local expertise on the ground. Read more about M/Y arrivals from our news desk.

- Technical assistance: refit, paint, machinery and electronics projects coordinated with trusted local yards
- Concierge and provisioning: captain and owner support, from last-minute tender repairs to full guest provisioning
- Port and arrival services: berth reservation, customs and Guardia di Finanza clearance, fuel and fresh-water coordination for visiting yachts
Charter clients cruising the central and eastern Italian Riviera are also coordinated from Imperia - see our current motor yacht inventory or the broader yachts for sale listings for available units.
Imperia's yachting ecosystem
Beyond the Divo Yacht office, Porto di Imperia supports an entire yachting ecosystem: Amico & Co Riviera (refit), Fincantieri Yachts (nearby La Spezia), established sailmakers, marine electricians, and canvas workshops. The annual Vele d'Epoca di Imperia classic yacht regatta, held every September in odd-numbered years, is one of the most respected gatherings of vintage sailing yachts in the Mediterranean. For buyers evaluating a purchase, the presence of so many specialist trades within walking distance of the dock is a practical advantage during survey and refit.
